The Archos Herald, Issue 31 - Spring has Sprung
Posted on March 31st, 2018 07:43 AM EST
On Thursday, March 29th, we put out a patch that added our new PvE experience, and fixed some bugs around Archos. You can view the full patch notes to see everything that was adjusted here. We will be putting out our April Monthly Development Timeline in the near future, but we’re going to touch a bit on what you can expect in this coming month.
April is going to be the month of bug fixes and balance updates for Dark and Light. Since our launch into Early Access, we’ve been balancing bug fixes with new content. We wanted to make sure that we were addressing issue that arose in Archos, while providing new experiences for Adventures.
Archos has changed a lot since July: receiving three different PvE experiences, new items, and new creatures. Now we feel it’s time to slow down a bit and work on what we have. We’re going to be focusing on addressing many of the bugs that are still around Archos, as well as balancing different aspects of the game such as weapons and creatures.
We would like to thank everyone that has been providing us feedback throughout Dark and Light’s Early Access, and we’re excited to take our diamond in the rough, and start putting a nice polish on it. You can expect to see the new Monthly Development Timeline soon on our Official Forums and Steam News.
March Community Event
Today the voting ended for our Movie Poster Community event, and I’d like to show off our two winners! We’d like to thank everyone that participated in this event, and we’ll be reaching out to our winners soon so they can receive their rewards!
Volcanobakemeat teases the audience with a scenic view of this sky suspended structure.
